The apartment is set in extensive landscaped gardens with palm trees and walkways and offers 2 large free-form swimming pools with individual children’s area. There are two children’s play areas and two padel tennis courts and all the amenities are for the exclusive use of the Las Arenas residents.
The apartment is a fully air-conditioned, 2 bedroom, second floor penthouse apartment, with a south facing balcony and private spacious rooftop terrace giving spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and sea.
The sun terrace is fully equipped with loungers for soaking up the sun, together with table and chairs for eating al fresco. From the sun terrace there is a spiral staircase to the balcony below where you will find hard wood chairs for relaxing and watching the world go by in the gardens below.
Double sliding patio doors lead from the balcony into the lounge diner. Here you will find two leather sofas to sit and enjoy Satellite TV, a DVD, or a Playstation 2 game on the large LCD TV. There is also a hi-fi with CD player and radio. We have included a good selection of DVD's in the apartment, together with a few CD's and PS2 games.
Leading from the lounge is the two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. The master bedroom has a king size comfortable bed with two bedside tables and a double fitted wardrobe and the second bedroom has two singles with bedside cabinet and double fitted wardrobe.
